Refund for Cancellation
<p>I cancelled two bookings with Protea Hotels Mahikeng on 19 February 2017 and have not received my refund to date. My cancellation numbers are ********** 7 for reservation ********** 3. The second cancellation number is ********** 9 for reservation ********** 1. I have sent numerous e-mails to Protea Hotel and I have not received a single response which is highly unprofessional. Please do my refund immediately to avoid legal action. </p>
