Rats in a hotel!!!!

<p>I was traveling on business to Pietermaritzburg, and was booked into a hotel called Imperial hotel. Worst evening of my travel life. I was woken up by 3 rats all over the tea / coffee station in the room. I called reception who moved me to a new room, but needless to say I couldn't sleep anymore that night incase there were rats in that room too. How does a hotel have rats?????? Pest control????</p>
