Quick, friendly, efficient.
After my wife fell ill on the day we were supposed to leave for home after our vacation, I needed to move our booking for our stay in the hotel. Initially I was helped by Jo-Ann Meyer to move my booking one day. <br> <br> <br> Soon however we realised that we will need another day and another phone call later I was helped by Gillian Bachmann to move our booking yet another day further.<br> <br> Both ladies were friendly, extremely efficient and super helpful. I want to thank them both for giving me a wonderful experience with Protea Hotels.<br> <br> Thanks ever so much,<br> Carl Hoepner
