Protea Witbank - Bad Service and bad attitude

Hi All<br> <br> When u guys ever book in at a Protea hotel in Witbank do yourself a fav and rather book in at the Highveld one, i wanted to see how the Witbank one was and to my disappointment the worst stay ever<br> Bad service and the attitude they gave me when I ask to change rooms since the one I had the aircon didn't work they say they don't have ill have to come back, after 5 hours they told me the maintenance guy was there and there is nothing wrong with the aircon, problem was I was there the whole time and they lie to me, when I book out I had to wait 15min just for someone to tell me everything is fine and I can book out <br> <br> Best Hotels i have been is <br> Highveld <br> Midrand <br> Samrand <br> <br> I think Witbank needs to go to the following Protea's and get some training on customer service, i am starting to become a regular customer of the Protea Hotel but if i get this kind of service I rather go back to staying in B&B's<br> <br> Thank You <br> Johnathan Williams<br>
