Protea Marriott brand gone to the 🐕

I checked into the Protea Marriott durban north hotel for 2 nights . I forgot my clothes and 2 days after leaving, called the hotel. The lost and found lady confirmed receipt of my clothes from the cleaning crew. She took my number and promised to call with a quotation for courier. That was on the 5th of October. No call received to-date. I send 4 emails each responded to with false promises. These people are full of empty promises. This is a brand that's gone to the dogs. They can sell the clothes and send staff for ethical contact and prompt response to clients.
