Protea Knysna - Excellent service and top shelf staff

Very happy with Reservations lady ANJO LOTRIET and Manager, Paul Fielder. I am a South African visiting Knynsa to do training for the Council members. I am very low key spender of Taxpayer money, Paul and Anjo allowed me a special rate and lovely, quiet room, that I could work in while there. The hotel was full of German and British tourists with high spend values but the Hotel staff treated everyone the same. Excellent service and thank you. Will be back
