Protea Illovo Hotel Bed Bugs

I stayed at Protea by Mariott in Illovo last night the 2 September 2019. I didn't sleep was itching and scratching the whole night. I thought it was a mosquito bite, but it persisted until I couldn't take it any more. I woke up at 3h30am only to find there were bed bugs all over. I called reception and even took pictures. The only thing I could get from them was that they reported it to the front manager who wasn't even available to talk to me. For my health I decided to leave on the first flight out. You guys are putting people's lives at risk and not even taking the bed bugs situation seriously.... I have never even received an apology from any of the staff or officers!
