Protea Hotels Suck

Prior to the 2020 COVID-19 national lockdown, I had made a reservation at Protea Hotel Edward by Durban South beach to stay in April 2020. With the after effects of the lockdown, it was brought to my attention that the Protea Hotel Edward won't re-open and that an alternative booking arrangement would be made. That having been said, got communication from Naveshnie that an arrangement at Protea Hotel Umhlanga has been made. To date the arrangement has not come through, and am being sent from pillar to post, and of late just being totally ignored whenever I ask for feedback. I need my refund or the promised arrangement to go through.
