Protea Hotels Double Booking
<p>Its 4am and I currently have a bunch of drunk unruly government employees banging at my door because the umhlanga ridge hotel has double booked room 610. They also have an active card that is allowing access to the room but fortunately I have the door locked.</p> <p>This is the second time in less than weeks. This also occurred at Protea Midrand on 20 February 217.</p> <p>HOW THE HELL DOES A COMPANY LIKE MARIOTT NOT HAVE SYSTEMS IN PLACE TO PREVENT DOUBLE BOOKINGS.</p> <p>I will never be using a Protea Hotel again and will advise my company to never book me in a Protea again!</p>
