Protea Hotel Nightmare

I made a booking on Booking .Com for accommodation at Protea Hotel Pinetown . It took them two hours to confirm my booking as they told it was impossible that the booking was valid . However I persisted to call and check whether the booking was reflecting on their side and finally they confirmed it . No apology for implying that my booking was invalid . Arrived at the hotel and the first thing that greets you is a filthy swimming which I intended to use . Finding parking at the establishments was also an utter joke . Plug points in the room were also faulty . will not recommended the establishment to anyone period . I've been to the Edwardian in the South Coast which was the total opposite.
