Protea Hotel Loftus Park FAILED BUFFET

What a horrific disastrous evening at Protea Hotel Loftus Park. I have never come across such unruly rude encounter with a restaurant. We had made a clear booking for buffet dinner for 6 people only to show up at the restaurant to find out that no buffet is being served. I mean how does such a reputable restaurant go about the whole day without informing their customers of such changes. All we were told is just that we can order from the menu. No one took accountability whatsoever. What a boring evening indeed. Please train your staff on how to better treat their customers when it comes to such.
