Protea Hotel lack of service

The lack of service I get from Protea hotels is a joke from two establishments I have received no service Protea hotel Polokwane Landmark(requested a quote no response) and Protea Hotel Marriott Mahikeng (telephone just rings and rings) your service stinks and I am doing corporate bookings and you guys are okay with losing business when the hospitality industry is suffering due to the pandemic one would think you guys would go the extra mile
