Protea Hotel Kimberly

Made a reservation for the 18th Jan 2025 for a family room, accomodating 2 adults, 1 male child and 2 female children, and only received a room that didn't accommodate all of us. We Then had to pay for an extra room which was not budgeted for. The service was not great.
