Protea Hotel Fire and Ice Menlyn *******!!!

I made an enquiry to host an event on Christmas day in August and was quoted R395 per person. In December when I had to finilize the number of guests and make payment I was told that the R395 menu was sold out and I had to opt for the R495 Menu(which I did). To my suprice on the day there was only one serving station and everyone had the same menu. When I emailed them for an explanation on that I was told that the manager had made a mistake by saying that the menu was sold out and that the price had actually just increased for everyone. They since said that their senior manager would contact me.
