PROTEA HOTEL DURBANVILLE

Do not waste your time and money at Protea Hotel Mariott (Durbanville)

It was our First time visiting the Hotel on a business trip and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

I had the worst experience & I will NEVER book here again.

1) We stayed in a room next to the pool gate where everybody would open and close the slamming gate until what hours of the night, so we could hardly sleep.

2) We booked and payed for 2x guests but only received 1 x Towel we had to share.

3) The shower water pressure was so low, we could hardly shower properly

4) The bathroom had a foul mould smell with mould on the tiles

5) No extra blankets were supp**** at all

6) The TV couldn't get signal on DSTV channels, so were left with BBC and Sky News

The only thing good at this place was the friendly reception & restaurant staff.
