Protea hotel Centurion - POOR SERVICE!!!!

I made a booking last year on the 13th of November 2019 for 1 night on the 30th of May 2020 to attend a wedding in the area. Due to lockdown the wedding has been cancelled. I have been trying since the start of lockdown which is over 100 days now to get my money refunded. I tried to contact the hotel with no success - voicemail ***). My booking reference ***.
