Protea consultant **** just to get the sale

In July Anthony from Protea Hotels phoned and ask if we want to renew our Prokard. Because the fee was very high we said no, we're going to pass this year. Then after many calls he offered us a \lower\" tarrif just because we are gold members for over 10 years. He actually promised us all the benefits will stay the same.. Then just for us to find out it was a silver card instead of gold. (with no benefits)<br> Now Protea got our money and they said sorry - its our loss.<br> This consultant is a **** and we are so disappointed in the Protea Group.
