PROKARD ****

I was called by an agent claiming to be from prokard wanting to renew my prokard. They had all my details. So I proceeded to renew. Only to find out that they are not prokard. When I called prokard they were fully aware of this but pretended not to know at first and could not assist, other than oops you have been victim to *****. Apparently it has been happening to alot of clients . If this is known to prokard why have they not done something. They take R1650 from your credit and they disappear. Please be aware. I find it strange how an unknown company got my exact details from Prokard I will not renew my prokard if I were you, something strange is going on.
