Prokard is a JOKE!
<p>A GOLD prokard was sold to us with benefits such as points that can be switched in Rands and also complimentary upgrades of rooms...</p> <p>Now that we have our prokard, we hear that Marriot has taken over and there is not any points that can change into rands and also no more upgrades of rooms...</p> <p>Also, if they tell you the Marriot card will give you the upgrades, this is only after you stay in a Protea Hotel for 10 nights!</p> <p>When we asked for a refund on our card, they say no refund because we have used some of our vouchers!!! This I understand, but selling something to us and then changing it at the beginning of our membership is ridiculous!! We will never renew our prokard ever again and we will also tell our friends and family it is not worth it!</p>
