PROKARD EXPLORER SALES GIMMICK

Everybody should be aware that you can never use these so-called free vouchers on the Prokard Explorer membership. I have tried making bookings using them and now I am told there are "Quotas" allocated for these free vouchers. They do not tell you about these quotas, so how the hell are you suppose to know when you can use them? It seems they are using these vouchers as a sales gimmick just to get you to sign up.
