Prokard Explorer - Possible ****

<p>I, like many, have been unable to make a booking using the vouchers. I have checked multiple dates and I cannot get a booking. When I try and make a booking, I am greeted by the following message:</p> <p> </p> <p>"SORRY, YOUR VOUCHER CANNOT BE REDEEMED ON THE SELECTED DATES, PLEASE USE THE CALENDAR TO SEARCH FOR OTHER DATES, OR ALTERNATE HOTELS."</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried multiple dates and multiple hotels, and I still get the same message. Funny thing is that rooms are available for their hotels at Hotels.com and Booking.com at full price, some on special. I have now been forced to book a stay at another hotel for my trip to Cape Town. This looks like a big **** whereby they can disable the vouchers at their whim. I will definitely not be renewing my Prokard card or staying/recommending Protea Hotels to anyone ever again. </p> <p> </p>
