Prokard Explorer is a ****

The Prokard Explorer is **** and a ****. After joining the membership on Wednesday I realized I could not use any of my vouchers immediately (which is in contradiction to what the ad on their website says), I called almost daily to cancel my membership. It’s been 3 days and all I’ve been told is that there is no one in the cancellation department. I want my money back.
