Prokard Explorer CON

Complaint related to Prokard Explorer "free vouchers" con.

I purchased a Black Friday special for the prokard explorer loyalty membership, with great advertised benefits, including "Free" stay vouchers that need to be redeemed on the online portal.

The online portal is near impossible to find availability, making redeeming these benefits impossible, despite hotels having rooms available. I contacted Vivian Greenberg, the "Prokard Manager," who told me that she needs to find out from the revenue department when rooms will be released for bookings. She was not helpful, with a very poor customer service approach, but may just be at the mercy of a poor system.
