Prokard account still not activated
I did an online purchase for a Prokard using the Protea Hotels Prokard site but my membership is still not activated. This was on 13 November 2015.<br> <br> Upon numerous calls and emails to Protea Hotel and Prokard, no one is able to confirm the payment was received. All consultants are saying that there's no payment made. <br> <br> I confirmed with my bank that Protea did bank the R1500 on 14 November 2015.<br> There's no feedback from their management advising what the problem is with the activation of my membership despite call center agents saying they'll escalate the problem. <br> <br> It's unfortunate that I have to go through Hellopeter in order to get my issue resolved.<br> <br> Please can I have a response ASAP.<br> <br> Satish <br> <br>
