Prokard - a ****!

<p>Just before my last Gold Prokard expiry in December 2015, one of their appointed agents called me to process the renewal which was done. When I received the card, I, however, immediately noticed that the renewed card was only valid for 10 months instead of 12 months as has been the norm in previous years. I have called in several times however they promise to investigate and call back - months later I am still waiting for it to be resolved. Essentially the 12 months Gold Prokard deal that they sell you is false.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have also been attempting to use the vouchers that are remaining on my card however with every attempt your system returns an error, "Sorry, your voucher cannot be redeemed on the selected dates". I have changed hotels and date options but I still receive the same error, which indicates to me that redemption of the vouchers is also a **** if there are never any suitable dates for any hotels. There are also never any room upgrades available despite that it is one of the advertised benefits</p> <p> </p> <p>If this card truly does offer the advertised benefits, then Protea/Prokard needs to publish a calendar that clearly states when these vouchers can be used and refund me for the 2 months short on my card.</p>
