Poor service pooe experience

First stay at Mount Grace.I have to say the reputation far preceded the actual experience! I paid for a king room yet was given one of the older standard rooms..where I had to use my phone torch to make coffee as there is no light in that area of the room. I also asked for assistance as the main door kept jamming and even showed the Maintenance guys that the *****s was missing from the lock mechanism.all I got told was that I must push the door and carry on.even after I told them I got stuck twice already being unable to open the door. The housekeeping service was sub par the toiletries were not replaced and aone of the used towels were not even replaced. I complained to reception on checkout about the room and was told 2 single beds make a king!! I emailed my complaints to the manager as well..a week later and still no response or care from a sub par establishment.
