Poor service and poor management of staff

<p>Firstly, room service were unable to make me a simple toasted cheese and chips at 8pm at night, so I ordered a regular napoletana pasta and a hot chocolate. I waited an hour for that after the lady on the phone told me it would take 20-30mins max. When I called her an hour later she told me it was "on the way up". Half an hour later I called reception to complain and the gentleman at the desk told me he was going to get the duty manager to handle it, which also didn't happen. I ended up driving out at 10pm for McDonald's and brought it back to the room and still nobody called or offered any sort of assistance. And at R1500 a night you'd expect to get some sort of level of service. However, I ended up being so upset that I will probably never go back. Would've been better off at a Sun1! </p>
