Poor and unproffessional service

I received a Protea hotel voucher for 2 nights stay but have been trying for +- 6 months to make a booking on the web site. Never any rooms available,and the excuse is always "Hotel fully booked" or "sold out". I have tried midweek, and not one Protea hotel in the Western Cape has one room available. Unbelievable ! I have emailed Protea Hotel and asked for assistance in this regard, but no effort from their side to be of service. So peolpe out their please be advised that I would encourage you to refrain from purchasing Protea hotel vouchers.
