To Whom This May Concern,

Sorry to send this mail but it has gotten to that point, several weeks ago I sent you a mail, in that mail I detailed events that happened at your protea select hotel in takoradi GHana that led to me loosing some personal belongings, in your reply to me you stated that you had shared the details with the executives of the hotel and they will reach out in days to resolve the issue.

As I speak to you now January has ended and the first week of February is about to wrap, nothing reasonable and respectful has been done about this issue and I must say I feel very very disrespected and appalled that a brand of this magnitude will allow for this to happen.

I am coming through Dubai and will be staying at the JW Marriott in the business bay before making my way to ghana.

I am formally going to lay a ******** charge against the top brass of your hotel for theft and cause the arrest of the individual who allowed people into my room and his bosses, and I will do all of this in the clear sight of the press which I will bring on site, all this will be recorded and will end up on Facebook, let’s see if this will be funny and will make anyone happy.

It seems when someone is calm and try’s to work out a situation because of the love for the brand your company takes it as a means to slowly **** the issue.
