PATHETIC SERVICE FROM PROTEA HOTEL MARRIOT ON CHARTWELL DRIVE

What a terrible experience at this establishment firstly I was denied booking as I was told I needed to sign the booking form, no alternative was offered to me which I was told I could have had that option from the manger that came to me Basetsana which I voiced my frustrations to and she did nothing only to find I was going to be escorted out of the dining hall by Asande and accused me of not paying for my breakfast, she then started the process again of verifying me making sure I was humiliated in front of other patrons. My colleague checked in and produced their Licence which was not returned by Elias he tnen had to beg to have it returned. I am appalled by the standard of service from this establishment and even worse when I told Mondli who was there upon checking out , he carried on like it did not matter why I was complaining. The staff at Protea hotel Marriott on chartwell drive is pathetic and rude, service is the least of their worries , and to add more pain to this i had to wait for the same breakfast that I was accused of *****ing. I am beyond shocked and disappointed with this disservice from managers even, its totally unacceptable!
