Overal bad place to stay

Recently visited the Protea hotel in Ondangwa Namibia for business and stayed for 6 nights. <br> Air conditioner did not work. Only moved to different room on day 2. The room I was moved to looked like only the towels were replaced. The bed were creased and inside quite a bit of hair. It was disgusting. The daily housekeeping was inadequate and cups I used to drink coffee out were left dirty. I had to wash it in the bathroom. <br> I ordered a chicken mayo sandwich to my room. I got there and was burned, and hardly any chicken on the inside. Mayo and onion... Hardly a chicken mayo sandwich. <br> Not the Protea hotel standards I know. Very bad experience. I did not complain too much as it is a foreign country and in a village. Did not want to set a target on myself. Anyway... Protea hotel, get out there and see what it is do to your reputation.
