Nobody at hotel reception

Booking was made for the Protea Hotel OR Tambo Transit 22nd June. There is no/ insufficient signage anywhere in the airport to indicate actual location of hotel. <br> I started phoning the hotel reception contact details repeatedly, as soon as I landed, with no success. <br> Requests to five different airport security/ ACSA stewards for Transit hotel in Terminal A resulted in me being escorted to a shuttle service outside of the terminal building, pointing to the clear Protea Hotel sign in the distance. <br> There seem to be two separate hotels with almost identical name \Protea Hotel OR Tambo Airport"quite a distance apart. Completely absurd - who thought that was a good idea?! <br> Eventually come back to airport and find transit hotel. Still no-one at reception. Need to get into my room. Is 2"
