No service,no one calls back

Good day<br> <br> I called Fire and Ice on the afternoon of 22.7.2015 to make a booking for 15 people and wanted to make an special order for platters. The lady who i spoke to tole me of the price of R220 per person per plate but not platters hence i left my details and asked that she call back when she has inquired about ordering a platter.<br> <br> On the morning of the 23rd at 7:30 i called the hotel once more and the call was transferred to several lines but i did not talk to anyone at the hotel. I left my number once more.<br> <br> At 8:30 i called again and this time i went through to the restaurant but the lady who answered tried to put me through to inquiries at the restaurant after i had explained my requirements but i was once again put back to reception after the line rang unanswered.<br> <br> it is now midday and no one has bothered calling back.
