my stay at protea hotel mafikeng

<p>on the 27/28 september, my family and i stayed at the protrea hotel mafikeng. firstly i booked weeks in advance, i asked for a specific room and early check in. upon arrival we didn't have rooms, no one attended to us or notified us when the next rooms available will be. we were 8 people in total, booked 4 rooms. after an hour of waiting one room opened up and then the rest of us had to wait. i had to ask the lady to call me on my cellphone as soon as they have orted things out. only at 2 pm i got a phone call (we arrived ********** we checked in at around 3pm. </p> <p>supper we decide to go eat down stairs. the servive was horrible. our waitress kept forgetting our orders, most of the food on the menue was finished or they couldnt serve it to us. we ended up leaving hungry going to our rooms. a simple latte took 2hours to arrive. eventually the food was delivered to our rooms and the chips were cold and had to wait another 15mins for tabasco sauce. i have never been so disgusted and disappointed with an organisation. what a waste of my money........</p>
