I have a refund for a transaction I had paid at PH Fire & Ice C.P in early January 2024 and to date I still have not received any the money due to me. Follow ups with the hotel, I keep referred to "Head Office". Head office on the other hand, simply chooses to ignore and not respond to any of my follow up emails.
