Low class service from Protea The Ranch in Polokwane

Made a booking in December 2021 but couldn't travel anymore due to having tested positive for . I informed the hotel of this and they said they can't refund me but I can choose another time period to travel agreed to that. Those people haven't responded to any mails or even bothered calling back regarding this. That place is absolute ******* and what is sad is that I have paid already
