Long Check-In Time & Staff not knowledgeable

Staff is not knowledgable, waited more than two hours to check in because they didn’t know how to use gift cards. Even managers on shift and were not accommodating, had to keep asking for an update or follow up , they’d assist everyone else walking in and other business men and forget about us. Very disappointed in their service, will definitely not come back.
