Life saver at Protea Hotel, Willow Lake, Bloemfontein

Yesterday was my birthday, and I overate, and had to travel to Bloemfontein. When I got to the hotel, I was so sick I could hardly breathe - alone in my room. I then called room service at the hotel. A lady by the name of Ntombi answered my call. I just told her that I'm dying of stomapains. She then calmed me down, telling me that she'll ask the chef to prepare a home remedy as it was late. She brought the home remedy to my room, after that she called more than twice to check up on me. I am not sure what could have happened, but Ntombi was a life saver. She saved my life last night. I just want to thank her for her efficiency and for going an extra mile to ensure that I sleep. Thank you and big up to the hotel.
