Bought a prokard which allows a discount on FOOD when dining at a participating Protea Hotel restaurants.The terms and conditions are clear that up to 50% discount is offered off the food portion of your bill.When enquiring with Protea Hotels I was told that dessert is excluded from the offer.I was given the run around and the agent was rude.HOW IS IT REMOTELY POSSIBLE TO SAY THAT THE TERM FOOD EXCLUDES DESSERT??
