Inconsistent with rates
Ive stayed at the Protea Saldanha Hotel before with my prokard vouchers. We paid the accommodation rate and received breakfast complimentary. This is what all Protea hotels have offered with my membership to prokard. Now all of a sudden Saldanha doesn't provide breakfast complimentary and they want a deposit. I never had to pay a deposit at any of the Protea hotels. Its advertised widely on your website. 'NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED'. And this was the status quo. The manager, Suzaan, looked at my previous invoice and cannot see that I had breakfast. Well of course, because it was FREE. The invoice wont reflect it. So so disappointed.
