Incomplete box of items

I purchased a box of African pride olive oil relaxer thinking I would be able to do two touch ups on my hair and save money. Oh was I wrong when I opened the box I found 3 cream activator and only 1 creme relaxer. I attempted to contact them on the web page however no email or telephone number available. Totally dissatisfied
