I'm Disgusted wit this lack or no service

15th Jan 2016, booked online birthday [URL Removed] for my wife to go stay at this hotel. put the payment details on there and that was done:(got the booking confirmation and all.<br> Neliswa(my wife goes to the hotel on the day, reluctant as she was) and the booking is not made.<br> Gentleman runs to the back to make or check the booking(fine all sorted now comes to check in)<br> He then askes her to put her credit card as surerity of payment as booking [URL Removed] does not pay the stay( you only secures your booking)<br> I call the hotel up and come with plan B, to avoid the situation being an embarrassment and getting out of hand by saying ok let me email you my Id, CC details and you can secure payment that way( the excuse I got was our system is offline and I thought to myself how is that my problem now)!<br> <br> I couldn't believe this, I literary felt like flying to that hotel and take charge because the people there clearly don't know what they doing!<br> <br> She had to walk out of the hotel with her tail in between her legs and ashamed and go home to sleep.<br> <br> This is utterly ******* and I am disgusted, I will never ever, ever set foot in that ******* establishment in my life.
