highway *******

Good hotel however service lacking somewhat! We had arranged for a hotel transfer from the airport. However, no-one wa there to collect my colleague and I. We waited about 15 minutes then called the hotel. They said that the guy was on his way just stuck in traffic. However 20 minutes later my colleague called the hotel again and they said that he was still on his way. About 15 minutes later we received a call saying that he would not make it and that we had to take a taxi!! We agreed to this and asked that the hotel settle the bill as we did not have cash. They did. However upon checking out my colleague and I each had to pay for the taxi bill - so in essence we paid the hotel DOUBLE what they paid the taxi driver!! The hotel only paid one rate for both of us to the taxi. This is apparently standard practice!! What a *******! Like I said good hotel, but this is highway *******!
