Great Reception Personnel
On the 1st February our Road Trip, we stopped and decided to sleep in Mossel Bay.<br> We found Daphne at reception and she was AMAZING.<br> We requested a room for the night and after a few searches and options she provided, she led us on the rour of the room, view and activities around Mossel Bay. Then she also assisted us with planning rest of our stay around Mossel Bay. She went beyond her duty. I will always stay at this Hotel as long as I keep getting the service at her level. It felt like personalised service in practice - for a change.<br> She is indeed worthy of recognition.
