Great assistance with my booking
I would like to take the time to thank one of you managers at Protea Hotel Umhlanga Ridge for assisting me on Friday night when we had a problem with our booking and they couldn't find on the system. He took his time to call all parties so that my family and I had a room that night. He truly went the extra mile in making sure at the end of it all we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for all the help
