General Manager at Bloenfontein Protea telling me its not her fault the laundromat did not deliver my clothes ,meanwhile I need to leave the hotel!!!

This morning I left my clothes for laundry collection,followed the necessary requirements,left the collection my laundry note on the door.on my way out I even told the receptionist.When I came back to the hotel I enquired about the laundry and I wasbtold its coming...they gave me a run around until 9 o'clock and told me my laundry is at the laundromat.The general manager of this hotel told me to my face that she does not work at the laundromat this is not her fault,she will courier the clothes when she gets them.I have been here for six nights,I obviously have no clean clothes so tomorrow I'm expected to travel in dirty clothes and panties.It I not their fault that's all I'm told.Meanwhile I have no idea about a laundry mat I did not give my clothes to any laundromat!like what the hell am I supposed to do tomorrow morning guys,what!!!this woman is not even bothered,why did they lie about the whereabouts of my clothes because I could've made a place .The general manager by the way was condescending and rude to me.This is your Bloemfontein protea hotel on Mandela street...I am very disgusted I can't even sleep!!!what the hell am I supposed to wear in the morning huh???
