Fire & Ice Menlyn

When this place first opened the staff was *********** and had a menu with most items unavailable. I made an excuse for the and said it was still new. A year on nothing has changed. We arrived at the hotel for the roof top bar and restaurant. There was no one to help us for a good 30 mins. Their bar menu had 5 items and you cannot ask for amendments. The waiters have no clue what they are serving or the different types of wines. They are ***********, ******** and have no service etiquette whatsoever. I have never been here and found anyone who knows what they are doing. The management is absolutely bad as there is a lot of confusion and discord. I am honestly disgusted and my friend and I doubt we will ever make it here again. Save your money and go elsewhere.
