Experience ruined!
I had a very bad experience at Protea Hotel The Ranch Resort tonight, 9 September 2017. I frequently (largely because of Prokard ) book my stay at a Protea Hotel however this time I was a guest at a relative's wedding which was held at the Protea Hotel The Ranch Resort. After traveling three hours from Johannesburg, I missed the important parts of the wedding because of a shuttle driver named Solly. I'm too angry to even type the full account!!!!!!!
