Exceptional service

I stayed at the Protea Edward at the Durban on 7 - 11 May 2018 and I had requested that we have a conference room for the nights we were there and I was assisted by Telang Pitso, the banqueting manager. I had to do a lot of chopping and changing of the booking for the conference, however, she was friendly and ready to assist without making me feel like I was a nuisance for all the changes. Also, because of the many changes to the booking, I thought that there would be mistakes on the nights we used the conference room but there was none. Every change that was requested was effected and the members were happy. It was so refreshing to get such five star service.
