EXCELLENT SERVICE RECEIVED
I often stay at Protea Gazi Waterfront Hotel in Richardsbay. I had a booking for the weekend of 31/7/15 to 2/8/15 at this hotel. Upon booking, I requested an upgrade. Ayanda phoned me back and confirmed the upgrading. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by name by the reception staff, and offered a sherry. I was surprised when I entered my room to see that I was actually upgraded to the Honeymoon suite. All this was made possible by the manager Clyton( I had a previous complaint re upgrading) What a wonderful weekend. Everything was perfect. We had dinner at the hotel on Friday night and the food was outstanding. Thank you again Clyton.
